Just diet plan: £60
You will receive a flexible and varied meal plan. Your diet preferences, allergies and a wide array of other factors are taken into account, so you have the best chances of reaching your goal.

 

Just workout plan: £50
You will receive a complete workout plan for 8 weeks with exercises for the different days of the week. The plan is adjusted to your goal, body, experience, injuries and much more.


Diet plan + workout plan: £90 (save £20)
You will receive both a personal meal plan and a personal workout plan for 8 weeks - all tailored uniquely for you, your body, goal, preferences and everyday life. We will also have weekly check-ins where we log your progress, weight, measurements and photos to keep you accountable for results. 

 

Diet plan + workout plan + 24/7 messenger support: £110
You will receive both a personal meal plan and a personal workout plan for 8 weeks and additionally 24/7 online support & even more useful tips. You will expand your knowledge on many fitness topics including muscle building science, macronutrients, growth mindset and much more! We will have weekly check-ins where we log your progress, weight, measurements and photos to keep you accountable and to make sure we can make necessary amendments to your programme to ensure you consistently make the right steps closer to your goals. We will be collecting feedback on everything to tailor the programme: your energy, sleep, mental health, cravings, strength and more so that we can take a holistic view of your progress.

 

Monthly subscription after 8 weeks of programme: £15 (per month)

If you want to keep going after 8 weeks and continue to receive future guidance and encouragement - monthly subscription is the best solution! We will continue working on your workout and nutrition plan and make any necessary changes along with weekly check-ins and 24/7 online support.
